Why We Started Britt Moves

We’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming it can be for families to coordinate a parent’s move into senior living. Between work, family, and the emotions of sorting through decades of belongings, it’s easy to feel stretched too thin. We started Britt Moves to provide the kind of steady, caring help families often wish they had - someone to step in, ease the pressure, and handle the details with respect and clarity from start to finish.

Real estate has given me a front-row seat to how complex life transitions can be - especially when a parent needs to move into senior living. I’ve seen the emotional weight families carry, and how quickly the details can become overwhelming. Britt Moves grew out of that experience. By combining move coordination with my background in real estate, I’m able to help families see the whole picture - from planning and preparation to what comes next for the home. My focus is simple: make the process clear, reduce the stress, and guide families through every step with the same care I’d want for my own loved ones.

Through Britt Moves, I focus on creating calm in the middle of that chaos. I handle the details, keep communication steady, and make sure families feel supported and heard every step of the way. It’s deeply meaningful work to me - turning what could be an overwhelming process into one that feels organized, respectful, and full of care.
